Active State License
Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services
Riley Pest Management LLC holds an active Florida pest management license issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS). This license is a prerequisite for lawful pest management operations in the State of Florida and a baseline requirement for federal installation contracts in this jurisdiction. The FDACS license authorizes Riley Pest Management LLC to perform General Household Pest (GHP) and Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) pest management services within the State of Florida.
License renewal is scheduled prior to expiration. Renewal documentation will be maintained and available for contracting officer review upon request.

Richard Riley completed Level 2 CJIS Security Awareness Training in 2018, consistent with requirements for personnel operating in environments with access to criminal justice information systems. Recertification was not required at the time of completion and can be accomplished if required for future contract performance.

Insurance coverage will be activated prior to contract performance in accordance with solicitation requirements. Coverage levels, endorsements, and additional insured requirements will be confirmed against the final RFP prior to activation.
